Scientists experimenting alchemy, gold and the elixir of youth was seeking to the secrets of the creation of life as well. Just as former tentatives, their efforts were only fights to windmills. But experiments led to a new form of life. Homunculus was born and because of his conception was without love, he is not able of love. The incompatibility of his existence comes from the tragic situation that he has live on the given earth, in a world where he never wanted to get in. The film is the story of conception and birth.
