The story of popping pills focuses on Natalie, a 23-year-old who. She is bipolar and takes medication to maintain her health in consequence the medication also has the effect of numbing her. One day, she experiences her bipolarity in unpredictable swings after she stops taking her medication leading her to reconnect with an old friend, Olivia. Nalile is forced to come to terms with her life choices and the addiction to prescribed medication.
