“I’ll be there soon” is a dark comedy-drama about a dad named Jan, who’s experiencing probably one of the more challenging of his life. He is trying to get to his son’s birthday party but his lack of engagement as a parent and his passion for his work seem to play a bigger role in his journey than what he would have thought. The shortfilm explores the impact that humans can have on each other and the snow-ball effect that bad news and bad company can have on the most everyday-life situations, as well as the more desperate ones.
